Finishes hand pressed or blown glassware by forming and
attaching lips, handles, and pedestals: Cuts required gob (lump)
from molten glass, using shears.
Forms gob into handle, using
wooden paddles to shpae handle. Drops gob into hand-press mold
to form pedsetal.
Presses handle and pedetsal to glassware to
attach them. Shapes hadnle and forms lips by rubbing and
pressing with carbon stick.
Smooths pedestal, using wooedn
buffer.
